Virginia High School Basketball - Bishop O'Connell sneaks past Archbishop Carroll
February 11, 2025: Arlington, VA 22213 The Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) basketball edged the visiting Archbishop Carroll Lions (Washington, DC), 64-60 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Knights now possess a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Our Lady of Good Counsel for a non-league bout on Sunday, February 16. Bishop O'Connell will play a Falcons team coming off a 60-50 league win over Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC). The Falcons record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Archbishop Carroll falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Lions host Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD) to play the Falcons in a bout on Friday, February 14. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 0-2.
