Maryland High School Basketball - Clear Spring trounces Hancock
February 12, 2022: Hancock, MD 21750 The Clear Spring Blazers (Clear Spring, MD) basketball crushed the host Hancock Panthers (Hancock, MD), 73-31 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Blazers (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Brunswick (Brunswick, MD). The Railroaders go into the CMC test with a 2-14 record. In their last test, Brunswick was trounced by New Life Christian (Frederick, MD), 64-56, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they host Berkeley Springs for a Potomac Valley AA test on Tuesday, February 15. Hancock will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 55-51 non-league win over Hampshire (Romney, WV). The Indians record now stands at 13-3.
