February 12, 2024: Bad Axe, MI 48413 The Millington Cardinals basketball squad scored 54 points and limited the host Bad Axe Hatchets to 48 in the Cardinals non-league win on Monday.
With the win, Millington upgrades its record to 11-6 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Caro (Caro, MI) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 14. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Caro lost 59-54 in their recent league bout against Laker (Pigeon, MI)
Next up, the Hatchets clash with the Unionville-Sebewaing Patriots (Sebewaing, MI) in a Greater Thumb - West bout, on Wednesday, February 14. Bad Axe will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record.
