Kentucky High School Basketball - Beechwood overwhelms Trimble County
February 12, 2024: Bedford, KY 40006 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Beechwood Tigers (Fort Mitchell, KY) and the host Trimble County Raiders (Bedford, KY), saw Beechwood's basketball squad wallop Trimble County by a tally of 81-52.
With the victory, Beechwood improves its record to 12-12 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. Henry (Erlanger, KY) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 10-13. St. Henry won 72-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Eminence (Eminence, KY)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Walton-Verona Bearcats (Walton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Trimble County will attempt to improve on its 6-20 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 18-8 record after their 76-43 non-league loss to Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY).
