Illinois High School Basketball - Decatur Eisenhower fells Charleston
February 12, 2024: Decatur, IL 62521 Decatur Eisenhower Panthers (Decatur, IL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Charleston Trojans (Charleston, IL), 47-31 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Decatur Eisenhower upgrades its record to 11-15 on the season. The Panthers host Bloomington (Bloomington, IL) to clash with the Purple Raiders in a non-league bout on Monday, February 19. The Purple Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-26. Bloomington lost 45-39 in their recent league bout against Normal West (Normal, IL)
Next up, the Trojans clash with the Paris Tigers (Paris, IL) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 14. Charleston will attempt to upgrade on its 11-18 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 6-22 record after their 56-48 non-league loss to Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine (Oblong, IL).
