Vermont High School Basketball - Sharon Academy nudges Craftsbury Academy
February 12, 2024: Sharon, VT 05065 In Monday's non-league challenge, the Sharon Academy Phoenix (Sharon, VT) basketball squad got by the visiting Craftsbury Academy Chargers (Craftsbury Common, VT), by a tally of 52-50.
With the victory, Sharon Academy improves its record to 1-16 on the campaign. The Phoenix travel to Proctor (Proctor, VT) to play the Phantoms in a Southern Vermont - D challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Phantoms come into the challenge with a record of 11-6. Proctor won 73-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Mill River (North Clarendon, VT)
Next up, the Chargers play the Richford Falcons (Richford, VT) in a Mountain challenge, on Wednesday, February 14. Craftsbury Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 58-42 league win over Stowe (Stowe, VT).
