Delaware High School Basketball - Middletown crushes Woodbridge
February 12, 2024: Bridgeville, DE 19933 Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE), 82-34 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Middletown upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Christiana (Newark, DE) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 14. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 4-13. Christiana lost 68-64 in their recent league bout against Dickinson (Wilmington, DE)
Next up, the Raiders play the Early College Hornets (Dover, DE) in a Henlopen - Southern bout, on Thursday, February 15. Woodbridge will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Hornets go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 73-39 league win over Indian River (Dagsboro, DE).
