Colorado High School Basketball - Valley crushes Fort Lupton
February 12, 2024: Fort Lupton, CO 80621 Valley Vikings (Gilcrest, CO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Fort Lupton Bluedevils (Fort Lupton, CO), 51-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Valley upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Vikings host Resurrection Christian (Loveland, CO) to clash with the Cougars in a 4A Patriot bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 18-3. Resurrection Christian won 45-43 in their recent non-league bout against Colorado Academy (Denver, CO)
Next up, the Bluedevils clash with the Weld Central Rebels (Keenesburg, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Fort Lupton will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 6-15 record after their 33-27 league win over Valley (Gilcrest, CO).
