February 12, 2024: West Hartford, CT 06117

Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Southington Blue Knights (Southington, CT), 55-44 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Northwest Catholic upgrades its record to 16-4 on the season. The Lions host Manchester (Manchester, CT) to play the Red Hawks in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 15. The Red Hawks go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Manchester lost 64-60 in their recent league bout against East Hartford (East Hartford, CT)

Next up, the Blue Knights play the South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 14. Southington will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 8-11 record after their 54-42 non-league loss to Enfield (Enfield, CT).
