North Carolina High School Basketball - Forestview overwhelms Kings Mountain

February 12, 2025: Gastonia, NC 28056

The Forestview Jaguars basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Kings Mountain Mountaineers to 37 in the Jaguars league triumph on Wednesday.

The Jaguars now have a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Stuart W. Cramer for a 3A Big South game on Friday, February 14. Forestview will confront a Storm team coming off a 62-53 league win over Huss (Gastonia, NC). The Storm record now stands at 21-2.

With the loss, Kings Mountain falls to 2-21 on the campaign. The Mountaineers host Crest (Shelby, NC) to confront the Chargers in a 3A Big South game on Friday, February 14. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 9-12. Crest lost 57-31 in their recent league game against South Point (Belmont, NC)
