California High School Basketball - Pacific Ridge toppled by Rock Academy
February 12, 2025: San Diego, CA 92106 Rock Academy Warriors (San Diego, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Pacific Ridge Firebirds (Carlsbad, CA), 39-27 in a league match.
With the victory, Rock Academy upgrades its record to 7-9 on the year. The Warriors host Kearny (San Diego, CA) to face the Komets in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Komets enter the match with a record of 13-13. Kearny won 53-15 in their recent league match against Clairemont (San Diego, CA)
The Firebirds now sport a 4-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Classical Academy for a Coastal - Pacific match on Friday, February 14. Pacific Ridge will face a Caimans squad coming off a 71-35 league loss to Escondido Charter (Escondido, CA). The Caimans record now stands at 10-11.
