Delaware High School Basketball - McKean topped by Archmere Academy
February 13, 2023: Claymont, DE 19703 The Archmere Academy Auks basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the visiting McKean Highlanders to 22 in the Auks non-league victory on Monday.
The Auks now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Conrad Science for a Diamond State contest on Wednesday, February 15. Archmere Academy will battle a Red Wolves team coming off a 62-54 non-league win over Newark (Newark, DE). The Red Wolves record now stands at 12-4.
The Highlanders (1-15) will now prepare for their contest against Dickinson (Wilmington, DE). The Rams come into the Blue Hen Flight - B contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Dickinson dropped by Glasgow (Newark, DE), 52-35, in a league contest.
