New Jersey High School Basketball - Moorestown Friends edges LEAP Academy
February 13, 2023: Moorestown, NJ 08057 The Moorestown Friends Foxes (Moorestown, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), 71-66 in Monday's non-league test.
The Foxes (1-15) will now prepare for their test against Holy Cross (Delran, NJ). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 14-8 record. In their last test, Holy Cross got by Northern Burlington (Columbus, NJ), 58-44, in a league test.
The Lancers now own a 1-16 record. They play next when they travel to Lindenwold for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 15. LEAP Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 63-48 non-league win over Camden Academy Charter (Camden, NJ). The Lions record now stands at 6-12.
