Michigan High School Basketball - Westfield Prep White crushes University Prep
February 13, 2024: Redford, MI 48239 Westfield Prep White Warriors (Redford, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting University Prep Panthers (Detroit, MI), 65-26 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Westfield Prep White upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Edison Academy (Detroit, MI) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 23-2. Edison Academy won 60-27 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. Clemens (Mt. Clemens, MI)
Next up, the Panthers play the Mercy Marlins (Farmington Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 19. University Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Marlins come into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 50-42 non-league loss to Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI).
