South Carolina High School Basketball - Newberry crushes Swansea
February 13, 2025: Newberry, SC 29108 The Newberry Bulldogs (Newberry, SC) basketball crushed the visiting Swansea Tigers (Swansea, SC), 76-45 in Thursday's league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 10-14 record. They play next when they travel to North Charleston for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. Newberry will play a Cougars team coming off a 61-50 league loss to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Cougars record now stands at 14-10.
With the loss, Swansea falls to 0-19 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC) to play the Landsharks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Landsharks go into the bout with a record of 21-1. Oceanside Collegiate Academy won 52-23 in their recent league bout against Hanahan (Hanahan, SC)
