Oregon High School Basketball - Powers nips Rogue Valley Adventist
February 13, 2025: Medford, OR 97501 In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Powers Cruisers basketball team scored a close 33-31 win over the Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks.
The Cruisers (14-10) will now prepare for their contest against Yoncalla (Yoncalla, OR). The Eagles come into the 1A Skyline contest with a 9-14 record. In their last contest, Yoncalla edged Elkton (Elkton, OR), 48-43, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Red Tail Hawks battle the Chiloquin Panthers/Queens (Chiloquin, OR) in a 1A Mountain Valley contest, on Monday, February 17. Rogue Valley Adventist will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Panthers/Queens come into the contest with a 6-6 record after their 49-47 league win over Central Christian (Redmond, OR).
