Alaska High School Basketball - Wasilla victorious over Service
February 13, 2025: Wasilla, AK 99654 In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Wasilla Warriors basketball team scored a good 87-68 triumph over the Service Cougars.
The Warriors (16-0) will now prepare for their contest against Soldotna (Soldotna, AK). The Stars go into the 4A Northern Lights contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Soldotna topped Nikiski (Nikiski, AK), 50-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Cougars confront the Chugiak Mustangs (Chugiak, AK) in a 4A Cook Inlet contest, on Friday, February 14. Service will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Mustangs go into the contest with a 7-7 record after their 68-43 league loss to West Anchorage (Anchorage, AK).
