Texas High School Softball - San Diego sneaks past George West
February 13, 2025: George West, TX 78022 The San Diego Vaqueros softball team scored 8 runs and held the host George West Longhorns to 7 in the Vaqueros non-league win on Thursday.
The Vaqueros now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Oso for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 13. San Diego will confront a Bears team coming off a 17-0 non-league loss to Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX). The Bears record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, George West moves to 1-5 on the season. The Longhorns travel to Port Aransas (Port Aransas, TX) to confront the Marlins in a non-league battle on Friday, February 14.
