The El Paso-Gridley Titans basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Deer Creek-Mackinaw Chiefs to 61 in the Titans league triumph on Friday.

The Titans now have a 15-12 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgeview for a Heart of Illinois game on Tuesday, February 17. El Paso-Gridley will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 65-31 non-league win over Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 19-8.

With the loss, Deer Creek-Mackinaw falls to 20-6 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Kewanee (Kewanee, IL) to clash with the Boilermakers in a non-league outing on Saturday, February 14. The Boilermakers enter the outing with a record of 13-15. Kewanee lost 62-43 in their recent non-league outing against Sherrard (Sherrard, IL)
