Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Warren thwarts Oil City

The Warren Dragons (Warren, PA) basketball knocked off the host Oil City Oilers (Oil City, PA), 60-46 in Tuesday's league test.

The Dragons (14-7) will now prepare for their test against Corry (Corry, PA). The Beavers go into the District 10 Region 5 test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, Corry notched a victory over Titusville (Titusville, PA), 71-64, in a league test.

The Oilers now own a 17-4 record. They play next when they host Franklin for a District 10 Region 6 test on Friday, February 17. Oil City will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 87-13 league win over Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA). The Knights record now stands at 17-4.
