Illinois High School Basketball - Elmwood tops Roanoke-Benson
February 14, 2023: Elmwood, IL 61529 Elmwood Trojans (Elmwood, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Roanoke-Benson Rockets (Roanoke, IL), 55-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Elmwood upgrades its record to 27-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Princeville (Princeville, IL) to play the Princes in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Princes come into the bout with a record of 24-9. Princeville won 51-39 in their recent non-league bout against Illini Bluffs (Glasford, IL)
