New York High School Basketball - The Park School of Buffalo ripped by Canisius

The Canisius Crusaders basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting The Park School of Buffalo Pioneers to 45 in the Crusaders league triumph on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now sport a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Timon-St. Jude for a Monsignor Martin contest on Friday, February 16. Canisius will meet a Tigers team coming off a 78-65 league win over St. Francis (Hamburg, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 20-2.

The Pioneers (7-16) will now prepare for their contest against Nichols (Buffalo, NY). The Vikings enter the Monsignor Martin contest with a 9-11 record. In their last contest, Nichols was routed by St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY), 61-49, in a league contest.
