February 14, 2024: South Deerfield, MA 01373 In Wednesday's league outing, the Mahar Regional Senators (Orange, MA) basketball squad beat the host Frontier Regional Red Hawks (South Deerfield, MA), by a count of 62-50.
The Senators (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Quaboag Regional (Warren, MA). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 7-11 record. In their last outing, Quaboag Regional was topped by University Park (Worcester, MA), 65-55, in a non-league outing.
The Red Hawks now hold a 4-6 record. They play next when they host West Springfield for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 20. Frontier Regional will clash with a Terriers squad coming off a 59-47 non-league win over Commerce (Springfield, MA). The Terriers record now stands at 3-14.
