Kentucky High School Basketball - Ballard Memorial can't hold off St. Mary
February 14, 2025: Barlow, KY 42024 St. Mary Vikings (Paducah, KY) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Ballard Memorial Bombers (Barlow, KY), 55-51 in a non-league match.
With the victory, St. Mary advances its record to 17-6 on the year. The Vikings host Trinity (Whitesville, KY) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 5-16. Trinity lost 73-54 in their recent non-league match against Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY)
The Bombers now own a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Graves County for a District 3 match on Saturday, February 15. Ballard Memorial will face a Eagles squad coming off a 50-45 non-league win over McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 14-9.
