Michigan High School Basketball - Burt Township overwhelms Beaver Island
February 14, 2025: Beaver Island, MI 49782 The Burt Township Polar Bears basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Beaver Island Islanders to 29 in the Polar Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Polar Bears now possess a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Burt Township will confront a team coming off a 78-29 league win over Whitefish Township (Paradise, MI). The record now stands at 11-3.
With the loss, Beaver Island falls to 1-10 on the campaign.
