The Saline Hornets basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Bedford Kicking Mules to 40 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.

The Hornets now possess a 7-13 record. They play next when they travel to Huron for a Southeastern - Red game on Tuesday, February 18. Saline will confront a River Rats team coming off a 77-24 league win over Monroe (Monroe, MI). The River Rats record now stands at 16-4.

With the loss, Bedford falls to 8-11 on the campaign. The Kicking mules travel to Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI) to confront the Railsplitters in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18. The Railsplitters go into the game with a record of 10-9.
