Ohio High School Basketball - Big Walnut holds off Dublin Scioto
February 14, 2025: Sunbury, OH 43074 The Big Walnut Golden Eagles basketball team scored 80 points and limited the visiting Dublin Scioto Irish to 76 in the Golden Eagles league triumph on Friday.
The Golden Eagles now have a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Hartley for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 15. Big Walnut will battle a Hawks team coming off a 49-47 league loss to St. Francis DeSales (Columbus, OH). The Hawks record now stands at 15-5.
In their next game, the Irish battle the Westerville North Warriors (Westerville, OH) in a Ohio Capital - Capital contest, on Friday, February 21. Dublin Scioto will attempt to better on its 4-17 season record.
