New York High School Basketball - Holy Trinity thwarts Chaminade
February 14, 2025: Hicksville, NY 11801 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Holy Trinity Titans (Hicksville, NY) and the visiting Chaminade Flyers (Mineola, NY), observed Holy Trinity's basketball team knock off Chaminade by a score of 71-63.
The Titans (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Kellenberg Memorial (Uniondale, NY). The Firebirds come into the Catholic Nassau Suffolk challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Kellenberg Memorial was knocked off by St. Anthony's (Melville, NY), 61-57, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Flyers encounter the St. John the Baptist Cougars (West Islip, NY) in a Catholic Nassau Suffolk challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Chaminade will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 63-55 league win over St. Mary's (Manhasset, NY).
