February 14, 2025: Dallas Center, IA 50063 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs (Dallas Center, IA) and the visiting Pella Dutch (Pella, IA), observed Dallas Center-Grimes's basketball team knock off Pella by a score of 58-47.
The Mustangs (15-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Lynx come into the non-league challenge with a 18-1 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln prevailed over Bishop Heelan Catholic (Sioux City, IA), 67-44, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Dutch battle the Mt. Pleasant Panthers (Mt. Pleasant, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Pella will attempt to improve on its 15-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 51-50 league loss to Fairfield (Fairfield, IA).
