Illinois High School Basketball - Fulton knocks off Polo
February 14, 2025: Polo, IL 61064 In Friday's league contest, the visiting Fulton Steamers basketball team scored a good 62-47 win over the Polo Marcos.
The Steamers (15-14) will now prepare for their contest against Eastland (Lanark, IL). The Cougars come into the Northwest Upstate Illini - South contest with a 24-4 record. In their last contest, Eastland was topped by Goreville (Goreville, IL), 55-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Marcos battle the Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL) in a contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Polo will attempt to better on its 12-14 season record. The Clippers come into the contest with a 10-16 record after their 63-46 non-league loss to Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL).
