February 14, 2025: Big Timber, MT 59011 Sweet Grass County Sheepherders (Big Timber, MT) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Roundup Panthers (Roundup, MT), 56-9 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Sweet Grass County upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Sheepherders host Red Lodge (Red Lodge, MT) to face the Rams in a B District 4 match on Saturday, February 15. The Rams enter the match with a record of 6-12. Red Lodge won 63-32 in their recent league match against Joliet (Joliet, MT)
The Panthers now sport a 2-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shepherd for a B District 4 match on Saturday, February 15. Roundup will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 44-38 non-league loss to Sweet Grass County (Big Timber, MT). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-2.
