Achievement First (Hartford, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Parish Hill Pirates (Chaplin, CT), 61-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Achievement First upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The travel to Danbury (Danbury, CT) to clash with the Hatters in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 17. The Hatters go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Danbury won 70-57 in their recent league bout against Westhill (Stamford, CT)

Next up, the Pirates clash with the Grasso Tech Eagles (Groton, CT) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 17. Parish Hill will attempt to upgrade on its 0-19 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 76-48 league loss to Cheney RVT (Manchester, CT).
