Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Cedar Creek Cougars (Ruston, LA) and the visiting Downsville Demons (Downsville, LA), saw Cedar Creek's basketball squad wallop Downsville by a tally of 75-39.

With the victory, Cedar Creek improves its record to 11-13 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to St. Frederick (Monroe, LA) to confront the Warriors in a 1A District 2 challenge on Friday, February 18. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 13-8.
