South Dakota High School Basketball - Kimball/White Lake topped by Wessington Springs
February 15, 2022: Kimball, SD 57355 The Wessington Springs Spartans basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Kimball/White Lake Wildkats to 51 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Valley Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, February 18. Wessington Springs will battle a Vikings team coming off a 55-39 non-league win over Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD). The Vikings record now stands at 10-9.
The Wildkats (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD). The come into the non-league contest with a 1-17 record. In their last contest, Andes Central/Dakota Christian was knocked off by Parkston (Parkston, SD), 71-34, in a league bout.
