February 15, 2023: Felton, DE 19943 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE) and the visiting Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE), saw Lake Forest's basketball squad wallop Laurel by a tally of 59-37.
With the victory, Lake Forest improves its record to 4-10 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Delmar (Delmar, DE) to play the Wildcats in a Henlopen - Southern challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Delmar won 41-9 in their recent league challenge against Seaford (Seaford, DE)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Sussex Academy Seahawks (Georgetown, DE) in a Henlopen - Southern challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Laurel will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Seahawks come into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 40-24 league loss to Early College (Dover, DE).
