February 15, 2024: Williamstown, WV 26187 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV) and the visiting Beallsville Blue Devils (Beallsville, OH), saw Wood County Christian's basketball squad overcome Beallsville by a tally of 53-43.
With the victory, Wood County Christian improves its record to 8-12 on the campaign. The Wildcat travel to Tyler (Sistersville, WV) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-14. Tyler lost 55-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Clay-Battelle (Blacksville, WV)
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Madonna Blue Dons (Weirton, WV) in a Mason-Dixon challenge, on Friday, February 16. Beallsville will attempt to improve on its 4-15 season record. The Blue Dons come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 60-59 league loss to Tyler (Sistersville, WV).
