Alaska High School Basketball - Grace Christian sneaks past Monroe Catholic
February 15, 2025: Anchorage, AK 99516 The Grace Christian Grizzlies basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Monroe Catholic Rams to 42 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Grizzlies now possess a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Homer for a 3A Peninsula game on Thursday, February 20. Grace Christian will play a Mariners team coming off a 47-18 non-league loss to Seward (Seward, AK). The Mariners record now stands at 3-15.
With the loss, Monroe Catholic falls to 15-3 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Hutchison (Fairbanks, AK) to play the Hawks in a 3A Aurora game on Tuesday, February 18. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 2-11. Hutchison lost 55-36 in their recent league game against Galena (Galena, AK)
