Minnesota High School Basketball - Delano crushes Big Lake
February 16, 2024: Big Lake, MN 55309 Delano Tigers (Delano, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN), 94-43 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Delano upgrades its record to 19-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Jordan (Jordan, MN) to play the Hubmen / Jaguars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Hubmen / Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Jordan lost 80-56 in their recent league bout against Southwest Christian (Chaska, MN)
Next up, the Hornets play the Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) in a AAA Section 5 bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Big Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 12-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 12-11 record after their 65-63 league loss to Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN).
