February 17, 2022: Louisville, GA 30434 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Jefferson County Warriors (Louisville, GA) baseball team nudged the visiting Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA), by a tally of 11-10.
The Warriors now hold a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Washington County for a non-league outing on Monday, February 21. Jefferson County will confront a Golden Hawks team coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to Screven County (Sylvania, GA). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 0-4.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Lakeside Panthers (Evans, GA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 18. Thomson will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Statesboro (Statesboro, GA).
