February 17, 2022: Monroe, LA 71203 In Thursday's non-league contest, the Ouachita Parish Lions (Monroe, LA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Mangham Dragons (Mangham, LA), by a margin of 15-0.
With the triumph, Ouachita Parish moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Lions host Airline (Bossier City, LA) to play the Vikings in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 19. The Vikings come into the contest with a record of 2-0. Airline won 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against Glenbrook (Minden, LA)
In their next game, the Dragons play the Forest Bulldogs (Forest, LA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 22. Mangham will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 13-4 non-league win over Delhi Charter (Delhi, LA).
