Indiana High School Basketball - Borden holds off Clarksville
February 17, 2023: Borden, IN 47106 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Borden Braves (Borden, IN) and the visiting Clarksville Generals (Clarksville, IN), saw Borden's basketball squad hold off Clarksville by a tally of 58-54.
With the victory, Borden improves its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Braves host Salem (Salem, IN) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 24. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-20. Salem lost 85-44 in their recent league challenge against Charlestown (Charlestown, IN)
Next up, the Generals confront the Austin Eagles (Austin, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 21. Clarksville will attempt to improve on its 7-14 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 5-16 record after their 65-57 non-league loss to Southwestern (Hanover, IN).
