Crestwood Chargers (Dearborn Heights, MI) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI), 72-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Crestwood upgrades its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Chargers host Jefferson (Monroe, MI) to play the Bears in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Bears come into the bout with a record of 4-14.

Next up, the Eagles play the Academy of the Sacred Heart Gazelles (Bloomfield Hills, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Thurston will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record.
