Louisiana High School Softball - Northshore bounces Central Catholic
February 17, 2024: Slidell, LA 70461 Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Central Catholic Eagles (Morgan City, LA), 19-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Covenant Christian Academy for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 17. Northshore will face a Lions squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over A.J. Ellender (Houma, LA). The Lions record now stands at 1-0.
With the loss, Central Catholic falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA) to face the Terriers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 20. The Terriers enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Vandebilt Catholic won 14-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA)
