Georgia High School Baseball - Rabun County wallops Towns County
February 17, 2025: Hiawassee, GA 30546 The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA) and the host Towns County Indians (Hiawassee, GA), saw Rabun County's baseball team gain a win over Towns County by a tally of 17-7.
The Wildcats (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Johnson (Gainesville, GA). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Johnson prevailed over Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA), 17-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Indians face the Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 21. Towns County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Murray County (Chatsworth, GA).
