Michigan High School Basketball - Sturgis toppled by Otsego
February 17, 2025: Sturgis, MI 49091 Otsego Bulldogs (Otsego, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Sturgis Trojans (Sturgis, MI), 53-41 in a league match.
With the victory, Otsego upgrades its record to 12-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Paw Paw (Paw Paw, MI) to face the Red Wolves in a Wolverine B match on Friday, February 21. The Red Wolves enter the match with a record of 15-4. Paw Paw won 82-75 in their recent non-league match against Buchanan (Buchanan, MI)
The Trojans now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harper Creek for a non-league match on Monday, February 17. Sturgis will face a Beavers squad coming off a 72-34 league loss to Coldwater (Coldwater, MI). The Beavers record now stands at 6-12.
