The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA) and the host Merced Bears (Merced, CA), saw Ripon's baseball squad gain a win over Merced by a tally of 21-5.

Next up, the Indians encounter the Mountain House Mustangs (Mountain House, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 19. Ripon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Mustangs enter the bout with a 1-0 record after their 12-3 non-league win over Summerville (Tuolumne, CA).
