The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO) and the visiting Republic Tigers (Republic, MO), witnessed Kickapoo's basketball squad rout Republic by a count of 59-26.

With the victory, Kickapoo advances its record to 18-4 on the year. The Chiefs host Lebanon (Lebanon, MO) to meet the Yellowjackets in a Central Ozarks battle on Friday, February 20. The Yellowjackets enter the battle with a record of 6-17. Lebanon lost 49-46 in their recent league battle against Waynesville (Waynesville, MO)

The Tigers now own a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carthage for a Central Ozarks battle on Thursday, February 19. Republic will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 55-51 league loss to Joplin (Joplin, MO). The Tigers record now stands at 3-10.
