The Palmview Lobos triumphed over the host Juarez-Lincoln Huskies softball squad by a count of 16-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

Next, the Lobos play the Veterans Memorial Chargers (Brownsville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 19. Palmview will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Chargers enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 17-0 non-league win over Port Isabel (Port Isabel, TX).

The Huskies (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Cigarroa (Laredo, TX). The Toros enter the 5A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 2-6 record.
