Minnesota High School Basketball - Kenyon-Wanamingo nips Triton
February 18, 2022: Kenyon, MN 55946 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights (Kenyon, MN) and the visiting Triton Cobras (Dodge Center, MN), saw Kenyon-Wanamingo's basketball squad hold off Triton by a tally of 66-60.
With the victory, Kenyon-Wanamingo improves its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Southland (Adams, MN) to play the Rebels in a A Section 1 challenge on Tuesday, February 22. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 13-5. Southland lost 60-50 in their recent league challenge against Lyle/Pacelli (Lyle, MN)
Next up, the Cobras play the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms (Blooming Prairie, MN) in a AA Section 1 challenge, on Friday, February 25. Triton will attempt to improve on its 12-10 season record.
