In Saturday's non-league outing, the Metlakatla Chiefs (Metlakatla, AK) basketball squad beat the visiting Wrangell Wolves (Wrangell, AK), by a margin of 67-48.

The Chiefs (9-6) will now prepare for their outing against Haines (Haines, AK). The Glacier Bears go into the 2A Southeast outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Haines defeated Craig (Craig, AK), 65-49, in a league outing.
